山東電纜橋架:金屬線槽橋架安裝工藝要點!

  先來看看規(guī)范GB50303《建筑電氣工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》強條的要求:11.1.1 金屬梯架、托盤或槽盒本體之間的連接應(yīng)牢固可靠,與保護導(dǎo)體的連接應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1. 梯架、托盤和槽盒全長不大于30m時,不應(yīng)少于2處與保護導(dǎo)體可靠連接;全長大于30m時,應(yīng)每隔20m~30m應(yīng)增加一個連接點,起始端和終點端均應(yīng)可靠接地。2. 非鍍鋅梯架、托盤和槽盒本體之間連接板的兩端應(yīng)跨接保護聯(lián)結(jié)導(dǎo)體,保護聯(lián)結(jié)導(dǎo)體的截面積應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。3. 鍍鋅梯架、托盤和槽盒本體之間不跨接保護聯(lián)結(jié)導(dǎo)體時,連接板每端不應(yīng)少于2個有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓。

  工藝要點整理:

  1、 平直線段橋架吊架間距1.5m~2m,如果采用吊桿支架,吊桿直徑不應(yīng)小于8mm,且需在過梁處應(yīng)設(shè)置固定支架。2 、轉(zhuǎn)彎處兩邊各設(shè)一組吊架,且兩組吊架對稱布置,間距不大于1.5米,否則轉(zhuǎn)彎中間位置增設(shè)一組吊架。3、 轉(zhuǎn)彎處兩邊各設(shè)一組吊架,且兩組吊架對稱布置,間距不大于1.5米,否則轉(zhuǎn)彎中間位置增設(shè)一組吊架;橋架距樓板距離不小于150mm,上下層橋架間距不小于150mm。4、 橋架、線槽按砼特殊角度準(zhǔn)確放樣、加工、安裝。5、 直線段鋼制電纜橋架長度超過30米、鋁合金或者玻璃鋼制電纜橋架長度超過15米設(shè)有伸縮節(jié);電纜橋架跨越建筑物變形縫處設(shè)置補償裝置。6、 金屬電纜橋架及其支架全長應(yīng)不少于2處于接地干線相連接;橋架首位兩端需與配電柜外殼或地線排可靠連接。7、 非鍍鋅電纜橋架間連接板的兩端跨接銅芯接地線,跨接地線一定要注意線槽橋架專用接地孔上,地線的小允許截面積不小于4mm;連接前剔除接地螺栓下方的絕緣層;鍍鋅橋架間連接板的兩端不跨接接地線,但連接板兩端不少于2個有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓。8、 與土建配合,橋架穿越墻體、樓板等部位預(yù)先留孔。9、 線槽、橋架底板應(yīng)與支吊架橫擔(dān)用金屬螺栓固定(≤200mm,用一個螺栓固定;>200mm,距邊1/4處兩個螺栓固定)。10、 橋架穿越墻體及樓板,應(yīng)用不燃材料封堵;穿越防火分區(qū)橋架內(nèi)必須做防火封堵。11、室外安裝橋架安裝高度不能低于積雪、積水高度,同時考慮選用防水型蓋板,進出室外橋架、線槽,室內(nèi)須高于室外,防止雨水流入室內(nèi)。金屬線槽規(guī)格表常用的金屬線槽有:鍍鋅線槽、不銹鋼線槽、防火線槽、噴塑線槽、鋁合金線槽、熱鍍鋅線槽不同材質(zhì)的線槽是有區(qū)別的,主要體現(xiàn)在防腐性能、使用壽命、方面等。橋架與線槽有什么區(qū)別呢?主要表現(xiàn)在一下幾點:1)規(guī)格尺寸不同:一般寬度小于200mm的屬于線槽2)用途不同3)型號及材質(zhì)不同4)敷設(shè)方式和承載量不同一、鍍鋅線槽

The two ends of the connecting plate between non galvanized cable trays should be bridged with copper core grounding wires. Cooperate with civil engineering to pre leave holes for cable trays passing through walls, floors, and other areas. 9. The bottom plate of the trunking and bridge should be fixed with metal bolts to the cross arm of the support and hanger (≤ 200mm, fixed with one bolt; >200mm, Two bolts are fixed at a distance of 1/4 from the edge. 10. Bridge passing through walls and floors should be sealed with non combustible materials; Fire sealing must be done inside the bridge frame passing through the fire compartment. 11. For outdoor cable trays and trunking, the indoor height should be higher than the outdoor height to prevent rainwater from flowing into the indoor area.
